WET N WILD made a splash on Tuesday celebrating its 30th birthday with a massive cake and the opening of the new Wet n Wild Junior attraction.
The event saw heaps of kids and families come down to celebrate, eat some cake and of course check out the new expansion.
Wet n Wild Gold Coast General Manager, Jeff Hughes, said the new area was the best place to celebrate a milestone 30th year.

“Wet n Wild Junior is a huge zone dedicated for little adventurers and features miniature versions of some of our larger thrill-slides,” he said.
The new expansion includes recreations of slides and the iconic Tornado ride.
With the park celebrating a huge milestone year, Mr Hughes says there’s plenty to look back on.
“For 30 years Wet n Wild Gold Coast has offered a complete entertainment option for the entire family,” he said.
With only a few days of school holidays left and temperatures soaring, now is the perfect time to bring the whole family for a look at the new area.
