You may want to keep the umbrella handy this week, with the Gold Coast in for a bit of wet weather.
Rain and showers are on the cards for the next few days, with around 90 millimetres of rain expected to fall from today through to Friday.
Up to 20mm could fall today alone, however, Friday looks to be the wettest with around 35mm tipped to impact the city.

The Bureau of Meteorology warns we could also see a few thunderstorms.
A warning was issued for a number of areas including the South East Coast this morning, however, it has since been cancelled.
“The immediate threat of severe thunderstorms has passed, but the situation will continue to be monitored and further warnings will be issued if necessary,” BOM said.
Around 99mm of rain fell in just two hours at Jeffries Road, south of Dalby, at 11:30pm last night.
Oakey also copped a downpour, with 51mm recorded at 1.30am this morning.
