What happened to Tiffany? Search continues for pregnant teen, believed murdered

POLICE are continuing to search for the body of a pregnant teenager, missing just north of the Gold Coast.

16-year-old Tiffany Taylor has not been seen since leaving a Waterford West motel on July 12.

It’s been revealed, Tiffany was 20 weeks pregnant and had turned to prostitution to support her growing family.


Her grieving mother and sister faced the media on Friday, the same day a 60-year-old man faced the Beenleigh Magistrates Court charged over the killing.

It’s alleged Rodney Williams was Tiffany’s last customer and the pair met on an online dating site.

His case was adjourned until October 9.

Today, Police and SES volunteers will search land in the Brisbane Valley area.

While investigators want to speak with anyone who may have seen a champagne coloured1995 Hyundai Excel with Queensland registration 649VFO (pictured) parked on Logistics Place, Larrapinta on Sunday, July 12 between 12pm and 12.45pm.

Also, the same vehicle in the vicinity of the Brisbane Valley Highway between Fernvale and Blacksoil on the same day, between 1pm and 1.45pm.

Anyone who may have met with or had any interaction with Tiffany through dating websites is also urged to come forward.

Tiffany’s white Samsung smartphone which may have been disposed of within the Bundamba or Riverview areas is also yet to be recovered.
