Shaun Marsh has been dropped from Australia’s cricket side for tomorrow’s Boxing Day Test in Melbourne.
It’s the only change to the side, he’s been replaced by Usman Khawaja who returns from a hamstring injury.
Australia captain Steve Smith confirmed Queenslander Joe Burns will keep his spot at the top of the order.

Smith made the announcement at the captain’s press conference on Christmas Day were he also said he will bat at number four, with Khawaja to return to the No.3 spot he started to lay long-term claims to during the recent series against New Zealand.
It is an incredibly unlucky end to Marsh’s sixth stint in the Test side.
The Western Australian’s great run of form since replacing the injured Khawaja for the third Test against New Zealand, including 182 against in the last test, was not enough for the left-hander to retain his spot.
The second Test against the West Indies starts on Boxing day at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
