A woman has been bashed over the head and stabbed in the throat with a beer glass at a club in Sydney’s south-west.
The 31-year-old victim was attacked after becoming involved in an argument with two unknown females at a licenced venue on Harold Street in Macquarie Fields at around 10.30pm last night.
Police said the argument escalated when one of the women struck the 31-year-old on the head with a beer glass before striking her again in the neck.

The injured woman was taken to Liverpool Hospital for treatment to what police said were non-life-threatening injuries.
The two other women ran from the scene before police arrived.
The first woman is described as being Pacific Islander in appearance, with dark hair and the right half of her head shaved.
Police said she also had an undescribed tattoo over her right eyebrow and was wearing a black hooded jumper.
The second woman is described as also being Pacific Islander in appearance, of a large build, with dark hair, and she was wearing a pink hooded jumper at the time.
A crime scene was established and examined by forensic officers overnight.
Detectives from the Macquarie Fields Local Area Command are now investigating the incident.
