A woman has been rushed to hospital after being bitten by a snake on the Gold Coast this afternoon.
Paramedics rushed to Cedar Creek Falls at Tamborine Mountain just after 1.45pm following reports a woman had been bitten on the leg.
The 40-year-old has been transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
It is currently unknown what type of snake bit the woman.
