Woman blows 5x over alcohol limit after crashing into parked cars
A woman has been busted driving more than five times the legal alcohol limit after crashing into parked cars in Melbourne.
About 2.00pm Thursday, officers responded to reports of a car driving erratically in the Richmond area.
Police arrived at Amsterdam Street and found the car lodged between a garden bed and a parked car, a second parked car was also significantly damaged.
The driver, a 40-year-old woman, was taken to Richmond Police Station where she returned an evidentiary reading of 0.261%.
She automatically lost her licence for 12 months and will be summons to appear in court for drink driving related charges.
