A woman has been charged over an alleged abduction which sparked an amber alert across the south-east.
The 26-year-old is accused of taking a 6-year-old boy and 7-year-old girl who were both known to her, from a home at Redbank Plains just before 4pm on Saturday afternoon.
Police issued an amber alert due to the serious concerns for their safety.

A tip-off led Police to a home at Alexandra Hills where the two children were found safe and well..
The woman was arrested without incident.
She has been charged with two counts of child stealing and removing a child from carer.
She was refused bail and will front the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday.
Police say investigations are continuing.
