A man has been charged after he allegedly slid under the cubicle of a woman’s toilet and exposed himself.
The sickening incident happened around 3pm on Tuesday June 2, when the man entered a female cubicle at a toilet block on Tedder Avenue in Main Beach.
Police say the man then allegedly shuffled his body underneath the cubicle, exposing himself from the waist down to a woman who was in an adjoining cubicle.

Following ongoing investigations into the frightening incident, police have charged a 48-year-old man with one count of indecent act in any place which the public are permitted access.
He was bailed and will appear in Southport Magistrates Court on September 1.
Detective Inspector Chris Ahearn said instances like this will “not be tolerated” in our community, and has urged anyone who has been the victim of this type of behaviour recently to come forward.
