A woman has died in hospital following a multi vehicle crash in Melbourne’s West yesterday.
The crash happened on Ballarat Road at Albion just before 6pm.
Police say a Ford Laser had attempted to change lanes when it clipped a Toyota Camry and lost control.

The Ford then mounted a median strip and crossed onto the wrong side of the road where it collided head on with a ute.
The driver of the Ford, a 47-year-old Roxburgh Park woman, was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Sadly, she succumbed to her injuries and died overnight.
The driver of the ute, a 61-year-old St Albans man, received minor injuries, while the driver and passenger of the Camry escaped uninjured.
