Woman escapes after being abducted and held captive for three days

A woman has managed to escape from a home in Adelaide where she was held captive for three days.

Three men and a woman allegedly abducted the victim from her Para Vista home on Friday 26 May before driving her to a property in Christies Beach where she was held against her will for three days.

Luckily, the woman managed to escape from the property on Monday and raise the alarm.

Following investigations, police arrested a 36-year-old Parafield Gardens man, 34-year-old Ottoway man, 23-year-old Christies Downs man and 29-year-old Hackham woman.

All four were charged with unlawful detention and aggravated assault.

The men were refused bail and are expected to appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court today.

The woman was bailed to appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court on 29 July.
