Almost three years since her son was rushed to a Sydney hospital with breathing difficulties a woman will face court, charged with endangering his life.
It’s alleged the 35-year-old poisoned the boy in October 2014.
The seven-year-old boy was admitted to The Children’s Hospital at Westmead with breathing difficulties and soon deteriorated with sepsis.

Alternative care arrangements for the boy were made by Family and Community Services.
An investigation was launched and on June 9 this year, the mother was charged.
She was granted strict conditional bail and is due to appear at Penrith Local Court today.
