Woman found dead in boot of car at Qld property
A crime scene has been set up at an Ipswich property after a woman’s body was found in the boot of a car.
Police were called to McGill Street, Raceview around 5.20pm on Tuesday where they found the body of the 31-year-old woman located in one of several cars at the back of the property.
An autopsy will be carried out to determine the woman’s cause of death.
The woman’s 36-year-old partner was taken into custody last night and officers are continuing to question him today.

It’s not yet known whether anyone else may have been involved in the woman’s suspected murder and police are appealing for anyone who may have noticed any suspicious behaviour in the area, or has any information which could assist with investigation, to contact police.
