Woman found stabbed in stomach outside Sydney unit
A woman has been found stabbed in the stomach at a unit complex in Sydney.
Police were called to the complex on Morehead Street in Redfern just after 2.30am this morning.
They arrived to find a 48-year-old woman outside the building with a stab wound to her abdomen.
She was treated by paramedics at the scene before being taken to Saint Vincent’s Hospital for treatment.
Police said her injuries were not considered life-threatening.
Detectives are urging anyone with information to come forward as they try and locate the woman’s attacker.
