Woman hospitalised after pushbike, car crash on the Gold Coast
A woman has been hospitalised after she was knocked off her pushbike in Surfers Paradise overnight.
It’s believed her bike collided with a car at the intersection of Thomas Drive and Stanhill Drive around 10.30pm.
Paramedics were called to the scene, where they briefly treated her for a chest and arm injuries.
The woman – believed to be in her 20s – was then taken to Robina Hospital.
Queensland Ambulance Service says she’s in a stable condition.
They also confirmed she was wearing a helmet at the time of the incident.
