One lucky woman was the only entrant to take out the Division One prize, winning a whopping $60 million in Powerball last night.
The Sydney woman in her 20s missed the first call from The Lott to tell her that she’d won, but on the second call – couldn’t believe her luck.
“Are you joking? Are you sure about this? Oh my god, this is insane. Thank you,” the woman said.

There were more than 1.5 million entrants in last night’s mega jackpot, with 26 Division Two winners, who won $35,977.90 for their tickets in the draw. Another 128 entries won the Division Three prize of $4466.
But, the anonymous woman’s numbers also won Division Two 19 times, increasing her total prize by another $680,000.
She says she’s already got big plans for the money, and was surrounded by family when she received the news.
“It’s my husband who usually buys the tickets. There’s no way he’s going to believe me. This is amazing.”
“We will be able to pay off all our debts, help our parents out and all our siblings. We will be able to buy a house,” she said.
“Hopefully, when we can travel again, we will be able to take our whole family somewhere overseas. This is very overwhelming. I’m shaking like a leaf.”
