Woman killed in head-on crash in Victoria, three others injured

A woman has been killed in a head-on crash in north-east Victoria.

The crash happened in the small town of Bruarong, around 50 kilometres south of Albury, at around 3.15pm on Saturday.

Police said the woman was travelling south along Myrtleford-Yackandandah Road when her car collided head-on with a northbound 4WD.

The 30-year-old woman died at the scene.

The three occupants of the 4WD, believed to be two men in their 20s and a man in his 50s, were all transported to hospital for treatment.

Their conditions are not known.
