A woman has died and three others have been injured in a shocking crash with a B-double truck in NSW.
The accident occurred just after 10.15am yesterday, when the truck and a Holden Cruze collided on the Sturt Highway at Gillenbah.
One of the women in the Cruz had to be cut free from the wreckage before dying at the scene.

Three other women in the vehicle suffered minor injuries and were taken to Wagga Wagga Hospital for treatment.
The driver of the truck, a 60-year-old man, escaped unharmed. He was taken to Narrandera Hospital for mandatory blood and urine tests.
Investigations into the accident are underway.
