Woman in serious condition after being mauled by her three dogs
A WOMAN is in a serious condition in hospital after she was mauled by three pet dingoes at a home in Sydney’s south west yesterday.
Just after 5.00pm, emergency services were called to a property on Greendale Road at Greendale, following reports a woman had been attacked by several dogs.
On arrival, police found a 78-year-old woman with serious injuries to her arms, legs and back.
It’s understood the woman was attacked by the three dogs while trying to save her fourth dog – a pug, who was tragically killed in the attack.
The woman was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to Liverpool Hospital in a serious condition.
The dogs were secured in kennels and will be seized by Liverpool Council rangers this morning.
