A CANADIAN woman has sued Google for publishing an image of her with one of her breasts partially exposed on Street View.
Maria Pia Grillo was awarded over $2000 in damages after successfully arguing that despite Google blurring out her face, they neglected to blur out her cleavage and her car’s registration plate.
Ms Grillo said she suffered shock and embarrassment when she saw the photo on the map service in 2009.
