Woman taken to hospital after moped crash
A WOMAN has been rushed to Gold Coast Univeristy Hospital after been hurled from her moped while driving along Bundall Road on monday morning.
The 35-year-old was reportedly struck by a car while heading north past the Arts Centre just after 8am.
An ambulance spokesperson said she suffered a suspected broken leg and dislocated arm during the incident.
She was transported to hospital in a stable condition.
The accident did cause some delays through Bundall which joined to the usual heavy congestion from Hooker Boulevard.
