Woman, two children found dead inside house in Adelaide’s north

A man has been arrested over the murder of a woman and two small children whose bodies were found inside a house in Adelaide’s far north.

Police were called to the home on Jack Cooper Drive in Hillier, at around 1.30pm on Monday.

During a search of the house, police say they found the bodies of a 29-year-old woman and two children – a six-year-old girl and a five-year-old boy.

Their cause of death remains unclear.

A man who is believed to have lived at the address with the deceased woman and children was located outside the home.

He was arrested and has been taken to the Lyell McEwen hospital under police guard.

Police released a statement on Monday afternoon, confirming the man would be charged with three counts of murder.
