Woman, two young children seriously injured in Logan crash

A woman and two young children have been seriously injured after a horror crash on the M1 in Logan.

Emergency services were called to the motorway at Slacks Creek after two cars collided in the northbound lanes near Exit 24 around 9.30pm on Friday.

The impact of the crash caused one of the vehicles to flip over.


Queensland Ambulance said two young children were left with chest and head injuries and were taken to the Queensland Children’s Hospital in serious but stable conditions.

A woman also suffered leg injuries and was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

Three others managed to escape without any injuries.
