Women injured in serious two car crash on the Gold Coast

A van has rolled after colliding with a car at an intersection on the Gold Coast this morning.

The accident happened just after 9.00am, on Woodland Drive and Old Coach Road at Reedy Creek.

Queensland Ambulance confirmed three people, including a woman in her 50s, woman in her 60s, and man in his 20s, were assessed by paramedics at the scene.

The two women were taken to Gold Coast University Hospital, both with chest pain. The man managed to escape injury and did not require transport.
