Worker killed in forklift accident

A MAN has been killed in a horror workplace accident at a warehouse in Sydney’s southwest.

Police said emergency services were called to reports of an accident invoking a forklift at the Condell Park business around 10.25am.

Sadly, police confirmed a male employee died at the scene. His age was not immediately known.

Police from the Bankstown Police Area Command are investigating the incident.

They have established a crime scene and will prepare a report for the Coroner.

Investigators from Worksafe NSW have also been notified and will be attending the scene.
