TWO 14-year-old boys have been charged after robbing two young women at knifepoint in Southport.
Police said the pair approached a 17-year-old girl and a 19-year-old woman on Queen Street around 4.20pm on Monday, demanding their shoes and jackets.
One of the boys in the group was allegedly armed with a knife and used it to threaten the two females, who handed over their clothing.

The boys then took off, however were tracked down by police a short time later.
They’ve each been charged with two counts of armed robbery.
Police say investigations are continuing.
