Young man thrown from car travelling 100km/h in Qld
A young man has been airlifted to hospital after being ejected from a car travelling at speeds of 100km/h in Queensland.
RACQ says the horror accident happened on a gravel road, about 60 kilometres west of Tara on Monday night.
The 21-year-old man, who was a passenger in the vehicle, suffered serious chest, spinal and limb injuries.
He was treated on scene by RACQ LifeFlight’s critical care doctor before being flown to Toowoomba Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
