Young man’s legs crushed by truck

A MAN has suffered injuries to his lower legs, after a truck drove over him at a Sydney petrol station.

Police understand the 21-year-old was lying in the driveway of the servo on Coreen Avenue in Penrith, when the incident happened, around 11.10pm on Friday.

Emergency services were called and the man was treated at the scene for crush injures to the lower legs.

He was taken to Westmead Hospital in a stable condition.

The female truck driver is assisting police with inquiries.
