A toddler’s been rushed to hospital in a serious condition, after nearly drowning on the Gold Coast this afternoon.
Paramedics rushed to Seaworld Drive in Main Beach just before 5.00pm, following reports of a ‘post-immersion incident’.
On arrival, they briefly assessed a little girl before rushing her to hospital for treatment.

The High Acuity Response Unit was also called to the scene, and onboard for transport.
The little girl is understood to be in a serious condition at the Gold Coast University Hospital.
