Tradie fights for life after falling off roof of building in NSW

A YOUNG tradie has been rushed to hospital in a critical condition after falling from a two-storey building in Sydney.

The 23-year-old man was working on the roof of the building in Maroubra, in the city’s east, when he slipped and fell.

It’s understood the man fell roughly six metres to the ground.

A CareFlight Rescue helicopter was dispatched the scene.

The crew placed the man in an induced coma at the scene before he was rushed by ambulance to St George Hospital.
